This method eliminates unnecessary forces. The forces moving inward partially cancel each other out, and the forces on the outside are free. Additionally, the principle of longer duration of force operates from the inside (as in the work of the 1930s inventor H. Bull). I used springs on the outside, and impact or other very short springs on the inside. The system can operate in parallel, but I don't guarantee it will function correctly, although it probably will. However, it can also operate sequentially.
